Ok, so the speakers on the pictured shirt don't actually make any noise—consider it artistic license. But shirts which do make noise may not be too far off, thanks in no small part to our Japanese friends, who have developed a method for weaving copper wire and magnets into cloth and apparently intend to bring it to market in the form of wearable speakers—iPod use in the subway may soon cease being a private affair. No idea if/when this will actually come to market, but I can't see it being very popular in uber-crowded Asian cities. Bring it to America, though, and we can revolutionize urban impromptu breakdance warfare.

man i think that would be pretty interesting to see. i could just imagine different people listening to different music walking around downtown lol instead of people saying" turn down the music in your car " you would hear your shirt is to loud lol well thats my 2 cents

Its pretty cool but you know its going to get annoying as hell. Think about how much music you don't want to here. Then someone going to put that shit on speaker phone on their cell. Cool idea horrible decision to put it on the market.

I feel the same way. But this will get very annoying if they play myusic you don't like or of poor qaulity. But in quiet plays it would be great to take away teh silence.
