| Facebook Search Code Leaked I don't know what the deal is with facebook, but there's a story every other hour about their leaks. So I making another post on sinxation.com to go with the rest of them. Every site hacker passion is ignited a storm after publishing the Facebook homepage source code, has done it again: the source code for Facebook search is now out in the wild and running free. It’s another nightmare situation for Facebook, whose founders must be wondering just how much material the blog has stored up: perhaps we’ll see a leak every few days if they don’t shut this down. Whoever the Secrets blogger is, he also has immaculate timing: after revealing the original code at the weekend, he’s chosen the dead of night US time to unveil his next trick. Whether this has anything to do with self-proclaimed leaker Trae seems less likely: it’s possible that Facebook Secrets discovered the original code independently of Trae (or was tipped off by his discovery), and had time to dig around on his/her own. Like the Fake Steve Jobs, it’s a blogosphere mystery that could drag on some time. I don't think that Sin is allowing us to post the source here so I'm not going to. If the Site/Owner is being this careless lately, will make one think about what other stuff on the site has been looked at just as carelessly. I did talk to Sin about the source for the search. There's not much in the code that can be exploit or anyone should be alarm about. Infact the only exploit is having a better search results. | |||

| Gold Soldier Sins: 507 Xations: 7% ![]() | Well I glad this is confirmed not to be alarm about. I would like to know about the the other ones. Did facebook make alot of changes lately for all these bugs and stuff to start appearing lately. Anyone with a facebook account know of any big changes that took place on the site? | |

| SiN-X Admin Sins: 2,320 Xations: 9% ![]() | That was the same thing I was wondering. Why the recents attacks and exploits are just now popping up out of no where. I know facebook recently open the doors to allow more people to join but that can't be the reason I would like to think. | |

| Paradox Sins: 3,847 Xations: 14% ![]() | I'm wondering if they have an angry employee? I mean i realize the people that run/design these sites are not often the top of the pile for programmer, but they have been making a lot of blatant dangerous security mistakes | |

| SiN-X Admin Sins: 2,320 Xations: 9% ![]() | I think they need to get all this security stuff sorted out and quickly. They suppose to have a new feature to sell and buy things. If all these security stuff keeps happening this could be bad. They need to focus on the most important things instead of just trying to make some money all the time. | |
