Two things. One. I’m sure there are those PC people out there thinking it’s not nice to make fun of this. Wrong, this is very funny. And two. Major Highway? Amazing.

Well sinec the whell chair is motorized, technically it still can be considered a DUI.

lol thats funny I can see public intoxication but not DUI. Thats stupid they do that if you're riding a bike too.

lol yeah it is but I'm still wondering how the hell did this guy do to his chair to make it go fast enough to try to get away from cops, I'm telling you he probably put a mini turbo engine on that wheelchair and zoom!!! of he went lol

I think that was a espisode on the that Scrubs. A ticket for walking his bike home while drunk.

seriously??? damn and I thought that the dude who got pulled over on his bike by Galveston PD was bad, they even gave him a ticket for not having his bike registered, I thought it was messed up
