| The GooTube Revolution It's official: our beloved YouTube is now totally owned by Google. What does this mean for the future of YouTube? Will it go pay-per-view? What about the issue with copywriten material? More importantly, will they change the name to GooTube? I hope. For now, however, our experts can only argue, discuss and speculate about what they think will happen to our beloved video site. I don't know what I'll do with myself if I can't watch people injuring each other. I might have to go back to reading books. | |||

| Platinum General Sins: 1,460 Xations: 0% ![]() | I was told that this occured because You Tube couldnt handle the money that it took or that they needed in maintaining it. Yes they are sucessful but if your not pulling in any revenu to pay your staff or maintain servers then it doesn't do any good. Google saw the opportunity and bought them out and it keeps You Tube alive. I just hope Google doesnt take it and fock it up or screw it up. | |
