| Hsoolien is right about the privacy issue on hardrives is part of the issue, that is the offical word. but also if the Drive gets damage or needs formating or somthing like that then dell is not responable for anything on the harddrive. Dell is covering their asses. i have had to deal withi issues where a customer got a virus and told them about a format and how it wipes all info, and then we do it and they are pissed that all there porn is gone. when i clearly told them what was going to happen. that is also why Dell does not help people back up data, if something goes wrong then Dell is liable for the data. |
